    Vintage Effanbee Suzanne doll - she is about 15" tall - composition - jointed arms, legs and neck - she is marked Suzanne Effanbee Made in U.S.A. on her back - she has sleepy eyes with soft lashes - hand painted brows and lower lashes - nice blush - pretty blonde hair in the original style - her composition is in excellent condition - no cracking or crazing - she is wearing her original pink chiffon gown with lots of ruffles - lined with taffeta - plus socks and gold sandal shoes with center snaps - and her gold metal wrist tag that says Effanbee Durable Dolls.
